North Georgia Apples are the star of this dish! We serve them on top of mixed greens with roasted butternut squash, goat cheese, spiced pecans (from our friends at Durden Pecan Co. in Metter, GA) and salted caramel vinaigrette. Served with your choice of fried or grilled chicken.
